Renee has been wonderful to work with! As an OTD student she took the time to answer all my questions and keep in contact with me, checking up on me while studying for the exam, getting to know my travel OT dreams, etc. She landed me a dream gig for my first assignment! I've attempting to get other recruiters to have options, but Renee continues to be the best at communicating and most professional. I appreciate her honesty, tact, and organization. I trust her with my career going forward as a travel worker.

Prior to working with Renee, I had worked with/taken jobs with 3 other recruiters/companies. Each of those other recruiters had been highly recommended by other travelers. Throughout my travel experience, I had heard how good Delta was as a travel company. I therefore asked around and heard that Renee was a quality recruiter. Renee has only exceeded expectations and is now my top choice for a recruiter. She consistently has had my best interests in mind. With previous recruiters, I found that they were very responsive until I signed a contract with them. After they always became harder to get a hold of. Or, a recruiter would be responsive, but once I signed a contract with a different company, they would seemingly drop off the planet. Renee is always present! I appreciate that she doesn’t ghost me if I choose to take a job with another company. She genuinely seems to care and wants me to have a great experience with Delta and while on contract. She also has been the most knowledgeable recruiter I have worked for which provides reassurance that the contracts will go smoothly. I would highly recommend Renee. Hands down the best I have worked with.
