Hey Y'all!

Melissa here with MedTravelers, living my best life through you guys! A little bit about myself: I am born and raised in Dallas, TX. I have my bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, and exercise science has always been a big interest of mine! I did on-site internships before graduating and one of them was a PT-OP setting. It was a great experience but I quickly realized that I wanted to be involved in the therapy world in a different way- that's how I ended up transitioning into recruiting! I love it and I live through all my traveling clinicians. Recently I started traveling more, myself, and I see WHY you guys do it! I have one fur child, Beau. I share birthdays with my older sister but we're actually 3 years apart! Last but not least, I'm a huge concert/festival-goer!!

Melissa has been an INCREDIBLE asset in my new journey as a travel therapist. I don't think it would have been a smooth transition from perm to travel without HER! She is always accessible by phone, text, or email, and does her best to respond to all my many inquiries. She is supportive and checks in, always making personal connections which makes her such a pleasure to talk and work with! If she doesn't have an answer (which is rare), she immediately finds someone who does. I can tell I have an advocate in my corner with Melissa, and I can't imagine this experience with anyone else. Thanks for all your hard work!

Melissa is extremely personable and right off the bat you feel comfortable talking to her. She answers my questions via text almost immediately and if she doesn't know the answer she gets back to me on a timely manner. Melissa has been an essential tool in my traveling endeavors! I've worked with a few different recruiters and companies while traveling, but Melissa is by far my favorite. Traveling can be incredibly stressful at times, especially when you're between contacts, but Melissa always helps to keep my fears at bay by keeping in constant communication and always being on top of the latest job postings. Don't know what I would do without her!
