Sarah Koeppel graduated from Carroll University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Healthcare Administration. She grew up in a small town outside of Jefferson, WI on a hobby farm where she raised animals to show at the local county fair. Her favorite things to do outside of work are walking her rescue dog, Luna, watching crime-dramas, listening to music, and exploring breweries throughout Wisconsin and nationwide.
