Kalie came recommended to me by a friend from school who had been traveling for a few years and so I reached out when I was starting to consider travel as my career. I knew after my first phone call with Kalie that I didn't need to continue looking for anyone else because she would take care of me and had my best interests at heart. What really showed me how much she cared is when she sent me a note in the mail with a Starbucks card just "because" she knew I was having a rough first week at one of my assignments. That meant everything to me and changed my perspective on the job entirely. She did something so simple but it was just a reminder that I was important to her and not a number!

I have to rave about my experiences with Kalie. Even when the market was very low for OTs over the holidays a new year, Kalie was sourcing jobs for me all on her own. She was also sending the leads I found that they didn't have posted and got me booked that way, which also gave me a 500$ find a fill bonus from their MedTravelers marketing team for bringing them the job. I don't know of other companies that do this, but regardless Kalie ranks at the top. When I was in Alaska she talked to me AFTER she put her kids to bed multiple times over the contract and I am fairly certain most recruiters would never do that for me. I have sent several referrals to her and they have all also loved her and had the same experience as me. I highly recommend Kalie!

She works after hours and was seriously delivering her baby and sending me an offer email which made me realize she does more than the norm. Kalie is great to work with because of her fun and positive attitude...Just let her know WHAT setting...WHERE you want your assignment to be...WHEN you want to work...She will work diligently to make it happen...She's always happy to answer questions or discuss any concerns I may have...Try one assignment with her as your recruiter...You'll want to work another.
