When it comes to my traveling therapists, I go above and beyond to meet their needs and expectations. Regardless of what they are looking for, I give everyone equal opportunity and take pride in my communication with them before, during, and after their assignments. I befriend most of my clinicians on social media and often offer my assistance to them off the clock (or on the weekends), as I understand speaking during the busy work week can be difficult. If there is ever a question I cannot answer, I jump right on it and loop in the appropriate department to take care of it. I look to stay with my company for the long-term and continue to advance my career as a recruiter for years to come.

Aaron is an incredible recruiter! He was able to find my friend and I our first travel contract together at the same facility. My husband and I are a PT/OT pair that have been working with Aaron for just over a year now. From day one, he has been open and honest with us, advocated for us, and has presented us with the most relevant jobs that check all of our boxes. I love that he took the time to get to know us and that he still checks in to make sure all is well while we're on assignment.
