Before I became a recruiter I worked in our housing and licensing department for a year. By working in these two departments, I was able to gain valuable knowledge about our industry first hand. As you know, licensing is different in every state making it challenging to plan either your first or next assignment. As a result, this allowed me to know licensing loop holes and creative ways to find short term housing for my therapists.
Another thing that sets me apart from the market is I truly want to understand my therapists’ motivations and get to know them on a personal level. I want you to be excited about every opportunity I present and have it strongly align with your career goals.
I love my job and don’t see myself doing anything else. My company is very passionate about taking care of their employees and I want to make sure I do the same. When a therapist decides to work with me, I provide them my personal cell phone number and am available at all hours – weekends included.
Communication is very important to me in how I run my desk. Once placed, I will be there for you every step of the way; from onboarding throughout the length of your assignment and everything in-between. I believe in building a strong partnership for our journey together. The biggest compliment a provider can provide me is referring their friends and colleagues to me, because it means they trust me and I was able to take care of them.

Jessica is by far the best recruiter I have worked with. I’ve been traveling for about 3 years and have worked with other recruiters/companies in the past but I have stuck with this chica for the last 1.5 years because she is simply the best. She listens to my wants/needs and always finds me a perfect fit. She does not pressure me at all to go with certain jobs. I love how she knows to look outside the box for me. She understands my goals and always keeps those in mind when bringing potential jobs to the table. I believe her best quality is her communication! By far superior to any other person I’ve worked with. She is always available and gets things taken care of in a timely manner and always makes sure to keep me in the loop. Jessica has made transitioning to being a travel PT smooth. She puts in the time to get to know you and what your goals are for traveling, which makes searching for the next contract so much easier. She is there to answer questions whenever needed. I tell anyone considering travel PT to contact her because she is trustworthy, knows the ins and outs of travel PT, and it always feels like I’m working with a friend more than a recruiter.

My fiancé and I are both travel PTs and Jessica has been consistent about finding us contracts in areas that we want.
She will occasionally bring up jobs in different areas that we may not have mentioned interest in, but if we seem hesitant or uninterested, she drops it. I love that Jessica isn't pushy at all.
She's also super personable and I never feel like I can't call her with a question or concern. She keeps both my fiancé and I informed on jobs and doesn't just focus on one of us. She always asks him if she should call to update me and vice versa.
Basically, I love her. She's awesome.

I am a new traveler and I have signed with Jessica and Delta for my first 3 assignments. From the beginning I was able to tell how passionate she is about her job. Jessica truly cares about my career and interests, and she has my back! I had a contract cut short right before Jessica was leaving to go out of town for vacation and she still worked to immediately have other options and jobs lined up so I did not skip a beat. Jessica has been great! I first reached out to Jessica after I got a thirty day notice (with a different company) and I was in NEED of a job lead ASAP. She was so great and brought me multiple opportunities and interviews quickly and was there to listen to my concerns. She is very helpful with the licensing and reimbursement aspects of travel therapy and her honesty is always appreciated.
