The single most important thing to look for in a recruiter or staffing agency is that they provide caring support. A recruiter has so many details to help you with during your assignment so if they don't seem to care, then you probably won't have the best experience. Additionally, you should make sure that the travel company you're working with has the benefits, housing options, hours, pay, etc. that you desire.

Travel therapists and allied health professionals should be looking for companies that offer great benefits as well as accommodate personal preferences. For example, if you have children you want to make sure that your recruiter is able to help with finding a place large enough, ask about nearby schools, daycare, etc. A good agency will help with every detail.
