Travel OT - $1,737 to $2,002 per week in Springfield, CO - Job Description & Requirements Occupational Therapist - Rehab - (OT - Rehab) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1737.00 - $2002.00 OT neede ASAP CO lic required Responsible for screening, evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning for patients in inpatient, Long Term Care, Alzheimer’s, Home Health, and outpatient settings. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team. The Staff Occupational Therapist is responsible for managing patient caseloads in all clinical settings from screenings and evaluations through discharges. Compliant with State and Federal Regulations. Active participant in Interdisciplinary Team approach to patient care. Provides the necessary billing documentation for billing purposes. Communicate effectively with physician, other members of rehabilitation team and others as indicated regarding treatment plan and patient response to plan. Counsels patient and family according to degree of disability or impairment. Completes all required documentation thoroughly and in a timely manner. Participates in educational programs and in-service meetings. Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards. Attends meetings and in-service sessions, as directed. Requires regular attendance and punctuality. Performs other duties as assigned. Travel OT - $1,350 to $1,800 per week in Black Hawk, CO - Job Description & Requirements Occupational Therapist - School - (OT - School) StartDate: 2/5/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1350.00 - $1800.00 We are partnering with a school district in Evergreen, Idaho Springs and Blackhawk, Colorado that is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Occupational Therapist for a contract position for the remainder of the 23/24 school year. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive, and professional and work in a fast-paced setting. The client is seeking a candidate available for full-time hours (Approximately 32 hours). School, early childhood, or pediatrics experience is preferred.
