Will provide for the collaboration and consultation with other health professionals on the therapeutic use of antibiotics or other medication for patients under the scope of responsibility. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Understands and adheres to the WPH Performance Standards, Policies and Behaviors. Improve the monitoring and management of the clinical pharmacy antibiotic service or of critical care or high risk groups to include interventions to improve the quality and cost effectiveness of patient care. Promotes the clinical pharmacy development of pharmacy staff by providing clinical leadership and education as appropriate.
