UNITS at First Hill , regardless of time separated. This rule only applies to the FIRST HILL O.R. UNITS. Perm candidates of any OTHER providence facility ( NON SWEDISH ) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months. *NOTE: It is a requirement that all agency staff, regardless of unit, must float to other Swedish Health Services units and/or campuses (in which they are qualified for) per requestMust have an active WA license to submitWill consider less than 2 years of experience, first time traveler with the right experienceFLOATING REQUIRED, CALL REQUIREDCall requirement: Three weeknight call shifts 11p-7a and three weekend call shifts 7a-7p or 7p-7a, per 6 week schedule. Call response time is 30 minutes from being called. Floating is required. The facility has a designated float team that floats first however, in the event there is a need at another campus travelers will float first before perm staff. All facilities are within a 40-mile radius or less. In the event that the traveler needs to float, it their responsibility to find transportation to the facility they re floated to. Traveler s refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.REFERENCES - Extremely important to have on file prior to submittal. MUST COVER 1 YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT within the last 3 years. The year does not have to be consecutive. Client will not give clearance without full year of references on file. are non-billable, average 16 hours spent.
