Responsibilities : Provide speech Therapy services to residents Initiate referrals as appropriate, and in accordance with department procedures Interpreting and communicating evaluation findings to patients, family, and other team members, and coordinating treatment plans collaboratively Evaluate residents to gather data for treatment planning Develop treatment plans with short-term and long-term goals and supervise and direct Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) in implementing these plans.
