Social Worker - Acute - (SW - Acute)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1450.00 - 1900.00

Coordinates, negotiates, procures and manages care of patients to facilitate cost effective care and patient satisfaction. Facilitates the continuum of care, works collaboratively with interdisciplinary staff, internal and external to the organization. Responsible for UM reviews for inpatient hospital stays, carrying a complex case management case load, ownership of a disease management program, pre-certification reviews, ER reviews, and pharmacy reviews.

Required Qualifications
3 years Social Worker experience - must be Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Licensed in DC - or current license in ANY state until 3/31/21
Case Management
Only accepting Candidates that have lived and worked in the DC area.

Preferred Qualifications
Travel Experience
