Phlebotomist - (Phleb)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 N Pay Rate: $1000.00 - 1300.00

Online phlebotomy review module is required (must score 80%)- Administered on first day. Policy review on site in first two days. Epic Lab Staff 100 class scheduled first Friday of assignment. Observed performance to meet competency requirements prior to being added to schedule. NOTE: Training and competency are performed on the day shift the first week. 366 bed facility. 2+ years of experience and 50 mile radius rule. EMR -Epic / Beaker / Handheld device for lab draws and positive patient identification. Blood draws including blood cultures, blood bank. Blood draws including blood cultures, blood bank. Collaborative individual who works well in a team environment. Energetic and positive attitude. Scrubs are required (must be neat, clean, and free of wrinkles), no cologne or perfumed scents, 2 piercings in ears, hair tied back, sturdy comfortable shoes.
