I worked with several travel recruiters before I met Randi Rowe. The recruiters I worked with before Randi would promise me the stars and deliver rocks and tell me they were diamonds. Randi has always been upfront with me. She is the epitome of professionalism and has an awesome work ethic. She has taken the time to get to know me and my preferences. She doesn't waste my time proposing assignments that I would not be interested in. She goes out of her way to find assignments that appeal to me. She has gotten me 3 excellent contracts and I am looking forward to many many more.
I'm just finishing my 1st travel assignment with LRS in Hawaii(I've been traveling on and off for 8 years). I can't say enough about my overall satisfaction with LRS and my recruiter Matt Gray! When I knew I wanted to go to Hawaii for my next travel assignment I had many recruiters from various companies looking for me. Matt Gray stood out from everyone else. He got me interviews faster than anybody and he delivered! His positive attitude, constant communication, and professionalism made me hope to have an assignment with him! He has gone above and beyond, taking phone calls after hours(time difference), checking in on me regularly, and honestly making me feel like I'm his only client even though I am probably one of many. Any problem or issue I have is dealt with right away! Matt is the best recruiter I have ever had. I look forward to many more assignments with LRS because of him. Thank you Matt Gray!
I've had the pleasure of working with Erik for the past year during my contract as a physical therapist. He has always been a terrific resource during that time. He has consistently been available to address any questions or concerns that I may have had throughout my assignment. This was my first position since graduating from physical therapy school, and with all of the uncertainties that come with it, I feel fortunate to have had his guidance. I would definitely recommend him to other physical therapists who are looking to do contract work.
Not only was LRS able to help find me a position in Texas, they were able to find me a position 40 minutes from my house. Brad and Erik spent 2 weeks marketing to their facilities before we were able to locate an open position that was the right fit. They did a great job keeping me updated along the way - I always new where we were throughout the process!
LRS has been able to help lock me down back to back travel assignments which is not always the easiest thing to do as a traveling COTA. My recruiter, Brad is always available via phone or email (and text) and has made sure I've been taken care of while on assignment! These guys take great care of their employee's and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to travel for the first time or someone who has been traveling for a while!!
