Travel Interventional Radiology - $3,300 per week in Bismarck, ND - Request ID: 210047 Assist Radiologists during procedures with scrubbing beside and coordinating the room during cases. Scheduling and coding of procedures. Post procedure film processing with charting and billing case and supplies.  Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.      Electronic EMR (Epic), Sectra Pacs, Toshiba IR Machine, Siemens Ultrasound Unit.      Required skills and minimum years of experience.     Interventional Radiology Technologist Experience with 3 years’ experience  8 Hour Days, with possibility of having to finish a case if its started late. Call is around 10 days or less per month roughly. about 2 days a week or less depending on time off schedules for weekly call

Travel Interventional Radiology - $3,382 per week in Bismarck, ND - Summary : * Specialized radiologic technologist assists physicians with minimally invasive procedures that guide instruments through a patient`s blood vessels and organs. * Reports to the Supervisor of the Unit and or Chief Technologist. Duties and Responsibilities: * Optimize use of radiation. * Assist patient to procedure room. * Advise on the provision of radiology equipment. * May assist in the following, Angioplasty, Biopsies, image-guided thermal ablation and other procedures in the radiology department. * Evaluate quality assurance performance. * Monitor performance. * Train staff and physicians in relevant aspects of radiation protections. * Helps physicians with minimally invasive procedures that guide instruments through a patient's blood vessels and organs. * Observe patients during procedure and reports abnormal activity. Education & Experience Requirements: * Two year degree in Interventional Radiology. * One year of experience as Interventional Radiology Technician. * Current AHA BLS.
